bit of a dud
Sent the battery ordered, but it was a dud, so sent it back and asked for a replacement. When nothing arrived after 2 weeks, enquired about what was happening and was advised that a replacement had been sent. After another week asked again, including an offer to come to their office to pick it up. Yesterday I was notified by PayPal that my payment had been refunded. Sigh...
Poor. No phone number to contact. Received product almost a month later.
