The battery itself, no problems. The service from Ausbatteries, not so great. Yet another company that has out of stock items on their website, takes your money and then informs you days later the item is out of stock, then makes you wait weeks with no communications unless you write to them, and finally sends the item in a stamped envelope with no extra effort spent on packaging. If I wanted to wait weeks, I would have ordered from China myself in the first place. I try to buy from Australian businesses as a matter of principle, but this buying experience I won't be repeating. I will be looking elsewhere in future if I need another battery.
