The "new" battery I purchased loses charge faster than the one it was designed to replace. I'm not impressed.
Terrible service and communication. Still hasn't got the battery, unable to review the product. Ordered it on 1st of July, the website stated it's in stock. Received an email to say it is out of stock on 5th of July, stating it has been ordered and expected to arrive in 5-10 business days and will be dispatched immediately.
Didn't hear anything until having to chase it up on 22nd of July. Didn't receive any reply until 27th July stating the battery just came in and will be sent tomorrow (28th July). It is now 5th of August and still hasn't arrived. At this point we have given up waiting for our battery and will add Ausbatteries to a list of companies we will never deal with again.
