Timely delivery of the appropriate batteries at an attractive price
I bought the above battery in error and was advised I could return it for a refund. I reordered correct battery without any problem, but I'm still awaiting a refund on the first battery (your email 22/5 refers). I emailed you 14/6 in this regard and await a response. Otherwise I'm very satisfied with your service, especially with the prompt manner in which you attended to my initial "dilemma". Thanks in anticipation.

Great devotion to customer service.
The service and delivery was very good, but the item ordered proved to be the incorrect fitting. On your advice I ordered the correct battery which was delivered very promptly having been advised to return the incorrect one for refund. It was returned by Registered Post on 11/7/18 tracking number RPP2105700053000028069604 and languished at the Seven Hills post office for almost 2 weeks before collection. To date no refund has been paid hence the lowly rating. Whereas I would otherwise have recommended Ausbatteries to others I cannot do that and will not do so as the returned battery was pristine and could NOT go into my Lumia phone as it was about 15 mm too long; and in any case the wrong battery was rated at 3000 ma vs 2500 for the correct one. I trust matters will be rectified and recommendations become positive.
