The experience has been very poor. Firstly, I was sent the wrong battery. Secondly, it was left to me to arrange and pay to have the incorrect item returned. Thirdly, having returned the item that was incorrectly sent to me I received neither the item I actually ordered in the first place, a return payment or in fact any correspondence at all. After numerous emails requesting feedback I did eventually receive news, initially to tell me that nothing had been done and then to say that there was no sign of the return package I had sent. I then followed up with more emails only to receive no reply at all. Having got to the point where even my email were being ignored I sent yet another email communicating that if I didn't receive at the very least some information regarding the status of my order then I would have no choice other than to go to my bank and request that they dispute the payment. This suggestion proved to be the catalyst for getting some more news and I have been assured by Ausbatteries that I will have a solution one way or the other by tomorrow. That was yesterday and I am still waiting. All up, I made the original order on the 19th of May 2018 and it is now the 17th of June 2018 and I still don't have a battery for my phone. Poor.
