Very disappointed with the battery

Very disappointed with the battery I purchased from you. It runs out of power within 8 hours of being taken off the charger. A waste of $21. Please re contact me about either a refund or replacement battery.
A further gripe: when I try to rate this experience as "Terrible", it defaults to "Great". Please get this glitch fixed also!
