Quick and efficient service, great batteries.
Battery arrived in good time and bright my phone back to life.
Firstly, I was sent the wrong battery. When it was finally acknowledged that the website was wrong, a replacement was promised. It has never arrived. I was told that it takes longer to deliver to the Northern Territory. I live in NSW! Since pointing this out, I have had no further communication from Ausbatteries. My emails go unanswered. I even held off writing this review to given them a chance to rectify the problem At this point, 7 weeks after placing my order, I just want a refund.
Will never deal with Ausbatteries again.
