This battery does not hold

This battery does not hold its charge. If I charge it to 100% then switch the phone off and leave off overnight, when I switch back on in the morning I find it's discharged.
One early morning last week, it was at 55% when I switched on the phone, another time I switched the phone on at around midday and it was 0% and took a long time to recharge.
I wish to return this battery and receive a refund.
