Great service , goods as described.

After ordering the incorrect batteries online, I sent an email late the same Sunday evening and asked if these could be swapped out for another battery, but really believing my request would be too late.

I was immediately responded to by John, saying not to worry - order would be placed on hold and we could sort the next day.

The actual batteries I had intended to order, were not in stock, and I was offered either a refund, to wait for 2 weeks, or else various alternatives were recommended.

After a few days of backwards and forwards on email with John, I elected to go with the Sony VTC6 batteries which were a few dollars more.

Although I offered to pay on the difference, this was not required, and within 3 days the batteries were delivered.

I have found them an excellent substitute for the Samsung 18650 INR’s which I normally use.

It was my first time using Ausbatteries - it will not be my last. I received extraordinary help and service in resolving what in the first instance was my error.
