Please ensure you select your product carefully before placing an order as we do not currently offer returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered items, or change of mind.
If your item has developed a fault or was damaged, and you need to complete a return please contact us first with your order ID and a summary of the problem.
Once we receive the returned item we will either refund your order in full or resend you out a replacement depending on what you prefer.
All returns must be returned using registered (tracked) shipping, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return process.
