I share my experience in all honesty. Quality is excellent and as expected. Communication is non satisfactory delivery non scheduled . At times of communication I got the impression management isn’t concerned about customer satisfaction .

Great upgrade. I had the previous nitecore charger which was great, but the springs to load the batteries was quite tight and eventually broke after 2 years of daily use. This charger is a lot easier and smoother to load batteries in.
